Reduce Burnout & Rebalance the Mental Load

Fair Play at WRK Logo (1)

IT'S TIME TO STOP DOING IT ALL

Fair Play at WRK

WRK/360 collaborated with New York Times bestselling author, Eve Rodsky and her foundation, The Fair Play Policy Institute to adapt her New York Times Best-Seller, & Reese’s Book Club pick “Fair Play” into “The Fair Play Method.”

The Fair Play Method is a time and anxiety-saving system that offers a new way to divvy up domestic responsibilities. Rodsky interviewed more than five hundred men and women from all walks of life to figure out what the invisible work in a family entails, how to get it all done efficiently, and why our homes are our most important organization when thinking about new work-life strategies.

Our Signature Three Month Cohorts are for women ready to stop managing everything alone.

You already know a little bit about Fair Play and you might have even read the book.  You've probably nodded along and thought, "this is exactly my life."  But knowing about the system and actually implementing it with a partner who's bought in?

Two completely different things.  And that is exactly the gap this cohort closes.

Know This All Too Well?

  • You feel like you are failing at home and at work because there is always something that gets the short-end of the stick. Your kids, that project, your partner, and most of all - YOU!
  • If your partner asks you one more time HOW THEY CAN HELP instead of actually doing something, you are going to lose it!
  • You feel lied to. "Having it all" wasn't supposed to be like this. You weren't supposed to be so stressed and so damn tired.
  • You know things have to change or you are headed for burnout. You don't want to wait any longer.

What's Inside Each Cohort?

Support. Community. Change.

Each Fair Play Cohort is a 12-week program led by Mary Beth Ferrante, ICF certified coach & Fair Play Training Director (she built the program that trains hundreds of therapists and coaches!) and over a decade of experience coaching working parents.

This isn't a book club. It's a structured, facilitated process where you and a small group of women work through the Fair Play system together - with accountability, real conversation, and a leader that can help you navigate what happens when your partner isn't on the same page.

Work & Home Are Deeply Intertwined

450,000 Women Have Left the Paid Workforce in 2025

More than 450,000 women have dropped out of the US labor market since January, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Outside of the pandemic, it’s one of the steepest declines on record.

73% of Employees Have Some Type of Current Caregiving Responsibility

Company leaders drastically underestimate both the number of caregivers in their workforce. And, it's not just moms who are impacted. One third of men change jobs when they become caregivers.

81% of Women and 63% of Men are Dual Career Couples.

Yet, 70% of executives have stay-at-home partners, making it difficult for leaders to understand the reality of their employees.

75% of New Parents Consider Leaving Their Company and 1 in 3 do.

Most of them aren't leaving the paid workforce. In fact only about 2% of new parents leave entirely. Instead they are going to another company and leaving the workplace that didn't support them when they needed it most.

Hi, I'm Mary Beth

I'm a mom of 2 and an advocate for creating better workplaces for parents. I founded WRK/360 to bring scalable coaching, leadership development training, and curated resources to organizations.

I'm ambitious and have always valued growing my career, but like so many I smacked right into the Maternal Wall. My experience propelled me to dive deeper into maternal and caregiver bias, influence changes in workplace culture, and advocate for a national paid leave policy.

Today, I blend my corporate strategy and change management background with my experience in professional coaching and leadership development.  I'm an ICF Professional Certified Coach, the Fair Play Training Director & Certified Fair Play Facilitator.
