Center Care, Strengthen Culture

73% of Employees Are Caregivers

At WRK/360, we know that care is not a personal problem — it’s a workplace reality.
Every employee will navigate caregiving in some form, yet most workplaces still treat it as an exception instead of an expectation.
Our workshops help teams and managers build the skills, empathy, and systems needed to support employees through the real moments of work and life — from parental leave to eldercare and everything in between.

Care ImpActs Everyone

Nearly 3 in 4 employees will be caregivers during their career.  While not every employee may be a parent or caregiver today, nearly everyone will experience caregiving responsibilities at some point — whether for a child, partner, or aging parent. When employers proactively support caregivers, they strengthen culture and resilience across the entire workforce.

Work & Home Are Deeply Intertwined

450,000 Women Have Left the Paid Workforce in 2025

More than 450,000 women have dropped out of the US labor market since January, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Outside of the pandemic, it’s one of the steepest declines on record.

73% of Employees Have Some Type of Current Caregiving Responsibility

Company leaders drastically underestimate both the number of caregivers in their workforce. And, it's not just moms who are impacted. One third of men change jobs when they become caregivers.

81% of Women and 63% of Men are Dual Career Couples.

Yet, 70% of executives have stay-at-home partners, making it difficult for leaders to understand the reality of their employees.

75% of New Parents Consider Leaving Their Company and 1 in 3 do.

Most of them aren't leaving the paid workforce. In fact only about 2% of new parents leave entirely. Instead they are going to another company and leaving the workplace that didn't support them when they needed it most.

Hi, I'm Mary Beth

I'm a mom of 2 and an advocate for creating better workplaces for parents. I founded WRK/360 to bring scalable coaching, leadership development training, and curated resources to organizations.

I'm ambitious and have always valued growing my career, but like so many I smacked right into the Maternal Wall. My experience propelled me to dive deeper into maternal and caregiver bias, influence changes in workplace culture, and advocate for a national paid leave policy.

Today, I blend my corporate strategy and change management background with my experience in professional coaching and leadership development.  I'm an ICF Professional Certified Coach, the Fair Play Training Director & Certified Fair Play Facilitator.
