Little Village VV is an in-person class and enrichment program operated by WRK360 LLC, a Limited Liability Company formed in the State of California ("Little Village VV," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from you and your child in connection with registration for and attendance at our classes, how we use and share that information, and the rights available to you.

Little Village VV is a program designed for children, and information about a Participant is collected exclusively from the registering Parent/Guardian — never directly from the child. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child through our website or any online form. If you believe a child has submitted information to us directly without parental involvement, please contact us at marybeth@littlevillageVV.com and we will delete it.
Photos or video of your child are used in marketing only where you have given separate, affirmative consent via the opt-in checkbox at registration. You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing marybeth@littlevillageVV.com, after which we will stop using new photos/video of your child going forward and will make reasonable efforts to remove previously published materials upon request.

Little Village VV ("Little Village VV," "we," "us," or "our") is an in-person class and enrichment program operated by WRK360 LLC, a Limited Liability Company formed in the State of California (the "Company"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your registration for, attendance at, and participation in any Little Village VV class, workshop, event, or program (collectively, the "Program"), whether held at a physical location, a partner site, or elsewhere.
By registering for, paying for, or attending any Little Village VV class, you ("You" or "Parent/Guardian") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, on your own behalf and on behalf of any minor child registered by you ("Participant"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register for or attend the Program.
"Program" means any Little Village VV class, session, workshop, camp, event, or related activity, whether recurring or single-session.
"Participant" means the child(ren) or individual(s) attending the Program, including any accompanying adult, sibling, or caregiver present at a class.
"Parent/Guardian" or "You" means the adult registering, paying for, and/or accompanying a Participant, and who has legal authority to consent on the Participant's behalf.
"Site" means any physical location at which a Program is conducted, whether owned, leased, or licensed by the Company or a third party.
Registration for the Program is limited to adults eighteen (18) years of age or older, registering as the Parent, legal guardian, or authorized caregiver of the Participant. By registering a Participant, You represent and warrant that You are the Participant's parent or legal guardian, or that You have obtained the express consent of the Participant's parent or legal guardian to register the Participant and to agree to these Terms on their behalf.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or posted at wrk360.com. Continued registration or attendance after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Company reserves the exclusive right to control eligibility, scheduling, class size, and content of the Program, and may restrict, reschedule, or discontinue any class at its discretion.
The Program involves in-person, physical, and interactive activities for children and/or adults, which carry inherent risks including, but not limited to, falls, collisions, minor injury, and exposure to communicable illness. By registering for or attending the Program, You acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks on behalf of yourself and the Participant.
You agree that neither the Company nor its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, or the owner/operator of any Site (collectively, the "Released Parties") shall be liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to the Participant or to You arising out of or in connection with participation in the Program, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Released Parties, where such limitation is not permitted by law.
You are responsible for informing the Company, prior to the first class, of any medical condition, allergy, disability, or behavioral consideration relevant to the Participant's safe participation. The Company may decline or discontinue enrollment where it reasonably determines it cannot safely accommodate a Participant's needs.
To protect the health of all Participants, Parents/Guardians agree not to bring a Participant to class while the Participant is exhibiting symptoms of a contagious illness (including fever, vomiting, or diagnosed contagious infection) within twenty-four (24) hours of a scheduled class. The Company reserves the right to ask a visibly ill Participant to leave a class. Illness-related absences are subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy in Section 9 and do not automatically entitle a Parent/Guardian to a refund or makeup class.
Photography or video of Participants may occasionally be taken during the Program for use in Little Village VV and WRK/360 marketing, social media, and promotional materials. This use is not automatic — it requires your separate, affirmative opt-in consent, which is collected as a distinct checkbox at the time of registration and may be withdrawn at any time by written notice to marybeth@littlevillageVV.com. Declining media consent will not affect a Participant's ability to enroll in or attend the Program.
The Program is educational and enrichment-based in nature. Neither the Company nor its instructors are acting as medical, therapeutic, psychological, or other licensed professionals, and nothing said or provided during the Program constitutes medical, developmental, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If a Participant has a medical emergency during a class, call 911 immediately; the Company will also take reasonable steps to notify the Parent/Guardian and secure appropriate care.
No confidential, privileged, or therapeutic relationship of any kind is created between a Participant, a Parent/Guardian, and the Company or its instructors by virtue of enrollment or attendance.
Parents/Guardians and Participants agree not to:
The Company reserves the right to remove any Participant or Parent/Guardian from a class or the Program, without refund, for conduct it reasonably determines to be unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of these Terms.
All curriculum, class materials, branding, logos, and content associated with Little Village VV are the copyrighted and trademarked property of WRK360 LLC. Other than incidental personal use inherent in attending a class, no content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used to create a competing program without the Company's prior written consent.
Registration for a Program session requires payment in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise stated. By registering, You represent that You are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information supplied is accurate and complete. The Company may use third-party payment processors and is not responsible for their acts or omissions.
Cancellations and refunds are governed as follows:
| Before Class 1 | Full refund less a $25 processing fee, or full credit toward a future session, at Your election. |
| Classes 1–2 | Prorated credit toward a future session only. No cash refunds. |
| Class 3 onward | No refund and no credit. The Participant's spot is considered reserved for the remainder of the session regardless of attendance. |
| Makeup classes | Not guaranteed. The Company may offer a makeup class for an absence at its sole discretion, capped at one (1) per session. |
| Illness / medical exception | The Company may, in its sole discretion, issue a credit for a documented medical absence. |
The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class due to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or circumstances beyond its control, in which case affected Parents/Guardians will be offered a makeup class or credit.
The Program is provided "as is." The Company makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the results, safety, or outcome of participation in the Program. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Program shall not exceed the fees actually paid by You for the session giving rise to the claim. In no event shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, You release and forever discharge the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or connected with Your or the Participant's use of or attendance at the Program, except to the extent caused by the Released Parties' gross negligence or willful misconduct.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, losses, damages, or costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of Your or the Participant's breach of these Terms, misconduct, or misuse of the Program.
Where a Program is conducted at a third-party Site, the Company is not responsible for the acts, omissions, safety practices, or conditions maintained by that Site's owner or operator, except where the Company has direct control over the specific hazard causing harm.
By registering, You agree to receive class-related communications, and, unless You opt out, marketing and newsletter communications from Little Village VV and WRK/360. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time via the link provided in any email.
The Company may disclose information about You or a Participant where necessary to comply with law, respond to a legal request, or protect the safety of Participants, staff, or the Company. Violation of these Terms may result in removal from the Program without refund and may constitute grounds for the Company to pursue injunctive or equitable relief in addition to any other remedy available at law.
These Terms, together with any registration form and the WRK/360 Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the Program and supersede any prior agreement on the subject. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Program — including claims for personal injury — shall be resolved exclusively and finally by binding arbitration administered by JAMS, Inc. under its comprehensive arbitration rules, before a single arbitrator, in Los Angeles County, California. By agreeing to arbitration, You give up the right to have a dispute decided in court or by a jury.
All claims must be brought in Your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of class or representative proceeding. Any cause of action or claim must be commenced within one (1) year of the date it arises, or it is forever barred.
Any proceeding to enforce this arbitration agreement, including to confirm, modify, or vacate an award, shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and You consent to the jurisdiction of those courts for that limited purpose.
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued registration or attendance after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
