HR & Managers Need Ease

  • Parental leave is not the retention solution — structured return support is. WRK/360’s Parental Leave @ WRK program addresses the post-leave attrition cliff with targeted employee and manager support, ensuring your people come back and stay.

  • Family-friendly benefits aren't just retention tools — they're a recruiting advantage. Current top talent is evaluating more than salary. WRK/360’s Parental Leave @ WRK program signals a modern, family-supportive culture — helping you attract employees who want to grow both their careers and their families.

  • You don't need another system - you need a plug and play support layer. Parental Leave @ WRK integrates seamlessly into your current workflow.

  • Manager missteps are one of the top drivers of post-leave attrition. With a built-in manager track, WRK/360 ensures both sides of the leave experience are supported - reducing friction, confusion, and career damage caused by misaligned expectations.

We've helped hundreds of high-achieving parents navigate parental leave

It is normal that your employees are feeling  anxious, worried and excited all at the same time about taking parental leave.

We've been there and we get it. Which is why we created this program.  We also know that many managers don't know how to support their people through this significant life transition.

Often times your employees are so focused on preparing for their baby that they forget to prepare their career for what's to come.

It is such a monumental time in a women's career that you can no longer leave it to chance. In fact parental leave is one of the main contributors to the gender pay gap.

Hi, I'm Mary Beth

I'm a mom of 2 and an advocate for creating better workplaces for parents. I founded WRK/360 to bring scalable coaching, leadership development training and curated resources to organizations.

I'm ambitious and have always valued growing my career, but like so many I smacked right into the Maternal Wall. My experience propelled me to dive deeper into maternal and caregiver bias, influence changes in the workplace culture, and advocate for a national paid leave policy.

I'm an ICF Professional Certified Coach and Certified Fair Play Facilitator and I've coached hundreds of parents through the parental leave process.

Parental Leave is one of the biggest career transitions- Your Employees Need the Support to Match it
